This Website is owned and operated by Taki Trading Company LTD a registered company of New Zealand trading as lash fridays (hereinafter LF) at www.lashfridays.com with the customer (hereinafter CUSTOMER).
LF does not accept any deviating terms and conditions of the CUSTOMER unless we agree to these explicitly and in writing. The terms and conditions listed below are directed only at CUSTOMERS who are users, which means people who conclude legal transactions for a purpose which is attributed to personal and non-commercial use only.
By using this Website, you warrant that:
- you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- you are at least 18 years of age
- the personal information which you are required to provide when you register is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and you are not impersonating any other person or entity
ORDERS
The products sold on the Website are not for re-sale or distribution. We reserve the right to cancel orders and/or suspend accounts where we believe products are being ordered in breach of this provision.
You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified when ordering the products. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.

The purchase of all digital products, E-books, PDF-downloads and any other online content is subject to the following terms and conditions. All CUSTOMERS are advised to read these terms and conditions carefully before making any purchase.
All digital products, E-Books, PDF-downloads, resource material, videos and any other online content are subject to copyright protection. Each of them is licensed to a single user only. CUSTOMERS are not allowed to copy, distribute, share and / or transfer the purchased product/s to any third party or person. In some cases, LF may encrypt, force password and / or stamp license details (including customer name, address etc.) on its digital products to ensure additional safety.
All transactions concerning the purchase of intangible products, E-Books, PDF-downloads, resource material, videos and online content are made through payment gateways that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries.
In case you are not redirected back to our website after your purchase or you do not receive an email from us with a link to the product of your purchase, you can contact us immediately with your transaction details, including the email address which has been used for the payment. We will get back to you in order to supply you with your product details and download link as soon as possible.
All purchases made on www.lashfridays.com are non-refundable. Since the products made available here are intangible, we cannot accept any request for refunds. In case of an erroneous purchase, please contact us via contact@lashfridays.com order to come to an agreement.
By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have your parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms and conditions which shall apply to all orders placed. None of these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
PAYMENT
LF accepts only the methods of payment stated on the web portal during the order process. The CUSTOMER independently chooses the preferred way of paying among the offered payment methods.
During the payment process the CUSTOMER can choose between the following payment options:
- Provided that a service against payment via credit card takes place, by submitting their credit card data, the CUSTOMER grants authorization to charge the respective credit card company with the full price including possible shipping and handling fees on the due date. In this case, the charge is prompted with the order confirmation.
- Provided that a payment takes place via PayPal, the CUSTOMER has to own a PayPal account and has to prove their identity by submitting their access data. Thereafter the CUSTOMER has to undergo the PayPal payment process and confirm the payment to:F.
LF is allowed to asses credit risks – where legally permitted and in due consideration to interest of both the CUSTOMER's and our interests. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods with first time and follow-up orders – depending on the credit risk assessment.
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases.
LIABILITY
The CUSTOMER's claims to damages or compensation of frustrated expenditures against LF are directed – without regard to the legal nature of the asserted claim – according to these terms.
Our liability – regardless of the legal basis of CUSTOMER'S claims – shall be excluded unless the damage arose due to intent or gross negligence on our part, by our employees, legal representatives, or vicarious agents. Provided our liability is excluded or limited, the same goes for the personal liability of our employees, legal representatives, or vicarious agents.
We accept liability in accordance with the statutory law for of damage resulting from injury to life, limb or health, due to intentional gross negligence or negligence of duties arising from the contractual relationship on our part, by our legal representatives, employees or vicarious agents.
In particular, we disclaim all liabilities in connection with the following:
- incompatibility of the website with any of your equipment, software or telecommunications links
- technical problems including errors or interruptions of the website
- unsuitability, unreliability or inaccuracy of the website
- failure of the website to meet your requirements.
DATA STORAGE AND DATA PROTECTION
The CUSTOMER acknowledges and consents to LF storing the CUSTOMER'S personal data necessary to processing an order. The CUSTOMER explicitly consents to collecting, processing and using their personal data. Of course, stored personal data will be treated confidentially.
The CUSTOMER has the right to revoke their consent with future effect. In such a case, we are obliged to erase or block personal data in accordance with the applying data protection regulations. In case of a canceled registration processes, the erasure of personal data occurs after cancellation of the registration process.
IMAGE RIGHTS
The CUSTOMER has the possibility to provide us with a current picture of themselves. The providing of the image is optional and serves solely the purpose of an optimum analysis of the CUSTOMER'S current condition.
Should the CUSTOMER provide a picture that they do not have the copyright on, we are excluding any liability.
